Buenos Dias roaches.

This morning I’m bringing to your attention VSUL (Visualant Inc.) which could possibly turn into a nice bounce play.  Over the past month, VSUL looks like it was on the went 10 rounds with Mike Tyson in his prime.  However, the stock showed life again yesterday with a positive day, and closing up almost 11%.

Revenues for VSUL have increased from a nill-nada-nothing to a respectable $2,866,000 with a gross profit of $340,000. News of Visualant’s acquisition of Eagle Technologies is set to be completed by the end of May.  VSUL expects this acquisition to add a million dollars a year to the total revenue.  This news or any other developments could be a catalyst for a nice run.

Immediate resistance is set at .4 and the next major wall is around the .57 area.  Tentative support has held at .35 the past two trading days, but this is a bounce play so we may have to test those levels again.  Keep an eye on those level 2s and see where the true support level lies.

Hope all you roaches had a great weekend

Take a gander at NVDL (NovaDel Pharma, Inc.).  “NVDL is a specialty pharmaceutical company developing oral spray formulations of a broad range of marketed therapeutics.”

The chart is setting up nicely and a break of .16 could be a huge catalyst for explosion.  Support has held twice at .082 so technically NVDL is coming off of a double bottom.

In their previous annual report, NVDL stated that revenues were 2.8 million as opposed to .4 million the year before.  NVDL plans to keep growing at this rate in order to expand their business.

Hope all of you bottom dwellers had a wonderful holiday weekend.  Today, I bring MXMI (Max Media Group, Inc.) to your radars and it’s shaping up to, possibly, be a nice bottom bounce treat.

MXMI is situated in an interesting position as a company.  They capitalize off the growing internet usage and campaign by offering their services to organize web content making money off of advertisements and classifieds commissions.

The content of sites MXMI operates include transportation classifieds, but also news and information.  All in all, their assets include a total of ten sites and many others are in development.

MXMI recently acquired classiccorvettes.com and a 35,000 square foot showroom.  This purchase is a portrayal of the aggressive nature with which Mr. Grady approaches his business.

The techie lovers are salivating over the chart as well.  MXMI is currently in an uptrend and holding above the 200 SMA valued at .0106.  Look for this former area of resistance to act as support in the case of a bear rally.  The next area of support appears to be around .007 according to past bottoms.  The float is about 49 million as of a month ago so don’t go throwing all your Easter eggs into one basket with such a low floater.  The RSI is in an uptrend and the MACD is starting to see a positive divergence underway.  Slow and steady wins the race here.

GREAT afternoon Roaches,

I am sitting here smiling from ear to ear as I send this “congratulations” email to you.

You see this morning before the market opened we put out a blog alert on TTDZD and just 2 hours later the stock is up 800%.

Yes you read it correctly 800% and who knows where the stock will go. For me, its just time to sit and watch now because stocks like this that have huge swings up could possibly have huge swings down too.

However, if you have a very stable heart and you enjoy the thrill rides of fast moving penny stocks then watch to see if the stock dips for a possible pull back play. Just remember this though, going to the fire too many times could get you burned!

Good morning roaches, it’s so good to see you up early to take a good look at TAON (Tao Minerals).

TAON has been featured on our blog before and it did not disappoint. It raked in an astounding 125%!

If you are not familiar with TAON, they are a Jr. precious metal mining company that is digging for gold along with other precious metals in formerly untouched areas of Colombia.

Currently many investors and traders of TAON are waiting patiently for their NI 43-101 so we can see just how much gold is in them mines.

They are also a fully reporting OTC company with a good share structure (O/S: 76,916,834 as of Oct 22/2010).

Come on guys, you’d have to be blind to not see all these Jr. Mining companies raking in the gold along with some huge profits lately.

TAON also appears to be a monthly runner, and for those that like to flip in and out of stocks that deliver consistently, this play might be right up your alley as well.

The technical side of TAON is looking mighty roachy right now with some good accumulation showing on the charts the past few trading sessions, with a slow staircase pattern climb.

TAON is currently sitting just under its SAR resistance at .0154, and a break of that resistance could be a signal that TAON might be ready to tackle it’s old November highs near .035 or .045!!

Hellllllllooooooooo Roaches, I hope you enjoyed my alert on WAMUQ back a few weeks ago when I blogged about how much I do like WAMUQ and to watch the .10 to .15 cent area (Read more here) well well, look at this 50% wampapaloozaaa today baby! And with the court action heating up today over their bankruptcy plan WAMUQ may just be getting started!

What I will be looking for over the next few days will be any sort of small update on the court battle. If it looks like things are going WAMUQ‘s way then I wouldn’t be surprised to see this little turd busting through .10 cents and headed up toward that gap area to .17 cents that needs to be filled from back in late Oct and early November.

As many of you know WAMUQ has a massive following and a enormous shareholder base. When they smell blood the feeding frenzy begins and it could be FEROCIOUS!!
