Morning all,

If you are looking for a potential rebound play this morning then keep your eyes on GBG which recently sank 45%. As the day progressed GBG seemed to establish a solid bottom which is just what our Roachy traders love. If the stock can maintain the .21 cent floor then look for this to be a potential quick to swing trade with resistance points of .30 to .40 to the upside.

As you can see on the chart below, the stock held the .21 and now has resistance at .25 .28 .29 ahead

Sure the stock just had a bad quarter on what they call “Due to technical and infrastructure issues at both principal projects, the Company’s mining operations underperformed in the second quarter.” but we all know these penny stocks are like bouncing balls, one minute they get dumped for a 50% scalping then the next minute they get pumped for a 70% gain.

GBG finished their earnings release by saying “The Company believes that the technical and infrastructure issues that lead to this quarter’s unexpectedly poor operating performance are substantially behind it, and forecast combined production for the remainder of 2012 to be in the range of 58,000 to 68,000 Au eqv oz”

I think this is a positive for GBG for the short term and scalp traders like us could see a perfect opportunity to strike on this falling knife.

So be quick, but be out when there is green in your account.

Hang on there roacheros, I know what you are thinking, “Aw Jeez, not one of these damn gold plays again.” Well, my darlings, despite their name this company is also focusing heavily on silver mining, which according to many anal-ysts is set to outperform gold in the coming months.

Support comes in at .0009, and the key resistance level is at .0013.

SUGO just broke and held above it’s 50 DMA of .06 and the volume keeps pouring in.

Support comes in at .06 and resistance lies ahead at .09. The charts appear to be setting up nicely for what could be a big run. So keep an eye on this!

Good morning all early birds, it's great to see you up so early and chomping at the bit!

TAON (Tao Minerals) is looking pretty tasty these days as investors have been awaiting TAON's promising NI 43-101 report rumored to be in the deciphering stages and should be released soon, along with their 10Q. If you are unfamiliar with TAON let me give you a quick company overview.

TAON is a Jr. Mining company with an estimated 900,000 ounces of pure, unadulterated, fresh out of the ground gold on their 700 acre property in the Northern Colombian mining district of El Colmillo. 900,000 ounces x the current gold price = over $1.2 BILLION dollars. That's a lot of gold my roaches, it makes me want to go to Colombia and chase rainbows. (Check out TAON's website by clicking here).

Colombia is a mineral rich country that has re-opened their doors to foreign mining and exploration companies fairly recently, we're talking less than a decade. Colombia has also historically been the largest gold producing nation in S. America, even back in the pre-Colombian days of the Atzecs, folks.

With gold skyrocketing in price, foreign miners such as TAON made an offer Colombia could not refuse. It's all about the Benjamins, everything has a price but I am sure you all know this.

Good morning my fellow rrrroooooaaaachitos.

Today your Senorita is drooling over CNEX ( Cannon Exploration inc. ).

This pile of roachy goodness brought us a beautiful gain of 137% the last time we took it for a ride.

I was also keeping an eye on this one yesterday and I must say that I was impressed with the BUYING volume on this beat to shit pink.

It appears to be on an uptrend and yesterday’s volume of about 100,000,000 shares bought tells me that others are banking on this puppy netting them some nice gains.
